System Modeling and Simulation
Introduction
Through the collaboration between the Department of Industrial Engineering and the Department of Engineering Technology, we have received a grant from U.S. Department of Education Modeling and Simulation Program to develop and extend the System Modeling and Simulation (SMS) programs at UH.
In this program, we will develop course and curriculum on SMS. We will mainly use Simio. Besides, we will establish a new SMS lab. The flagship teacher education program, teachHOUSTON, will provide support on culturally responsive pedagogy.
